Tehran, Jun 17. MOBNA – All data center equipments have been installed in Shiraz E-tower and are passing launching stage, Shiraz E-tower managing director said.
“Shiraz E-tower data center is connected to the telecommunication center via two separate routes and provide internet broadband of many hundred megabytes via an ISDP company,” Mojtaba Jebraeeli told Mobna news agency.
“This data center will be active as main data center in southern Iran and, except for organizations and companies established in Shiraz E-tower, will serve banks and government organizations in that region,” he added.
“Shiraz E-tower data center will act as a support to data centers in Tehran and other cities,” he said.
IDC is a collection of service providers, communication infrastructures and access equipments used to provide, maintain and support internet services.
Head of Iran Telecommunication Research Center told MOBNA news agency a national data center was being launched in the next 45 days to serve Iranian websites in the country.
