Telecom service bureaus problems reviewed after Presidential Election

Tehran, May 30. MOBNA – The problems of telecom service bureaus will be reviewed after the Presidential Election, Parliament telecommunication committee chairman announced.

“Parliament is going to review the bureaus’ two-tier postal service tariff and oblige government agencies to use the service instead of setting up their own similar units,” Ali Motahhari told Iran mobile news agency (Mobna).
He said the two-tier postal service has been discussed by Parliament before but with unsatisfactory result.
Last December, Radio Communication and Regulations Organization raised postal tariffs by 40 percent which has resulted in some postal centers’ closing down.
