Tehran, May 23. MOBNA – The state-owned Mobile Company of Iran’s GSM College, which had been set up to teach basic mobile internet to 4,000 university students countrywide, has been cancelled.
“Such training courses, though quite helpful in introducing mobile phone technology to university students, have been discontinued for some unknown reason,” an MCI spokesperson told Irans mobile news agency (Mobna).
He said, however, that the company was running a similar training curse for its personnel visa-vie mobile phone vendors, and stressed that they were different from courses set up by the Chinese operator ZTE in Isfahan.
