Tehran, May 17. MOBNA – 60 percent of kids around world use online messaging (chat) internet environment, Radio Communication and Regulations Organization head said.
“In past decade 182 millions had access to internet and now this figure has reached to 1.5 billion,” Mahmoud Khosravi said in conference to celebrate World Communications Day on 17 May.
“Filtering issue is among important arguments of ITU (international telecommunication union). Currently more than 60 percent of kids around world use internet chat and third fourth of them share their family information,” he said.
“ITU focuses in kids security in cyber space. This is first time that communication threats issue has received important attention in ITU,” he added.
“Internet network change individual to a world which led to collapsing cultural boundaries,” RCRO head said.
